Growth is blocked by one thing, not four.

You have a product, a funnel and a regulatory surface, and growth is stalled on exactly one of them. Most agencies will happily sell you work on all three. We find the one that is actually holding the number down and fix that.

What does a healthtech growth consultancy do?

Growth in a healthtech company is almost always blocked by one thing rather than four. Either the product does not do what the buyer needs, or the funnel fails to convert demand that already exists, or a regulatory surface is quietly preventing the go-to-market that was planned. Most agencies will sell work across all three, because that is a larger engagement. The useful work is finding which one is actually holding the number down and fixing that. In practice it means reading product analytics, sales conversations and compliance constraints together rather than separately, because they usually contradict each other. A funnel problem and a product problem look identical in a dashboard; the difference shows up in what buyers say when they decline. Once the blocker is named, the fix is usually narrower and cheaper than the plan that was about to be bought.

What it involves

How this actually works.

01

Find the actual constraint

Acquisition, activation, retention or a compliance bottleneck. We size each before recommending work, and we will tell you when the answer is that your marketing is fine and your onboarding is not.

02

Product-led where it genuinely fits

Self-serve and trials work for some healthtech and fail badly for others. Which one you are depends on who signs and how long the clinical sale takes.

03

Regulatory reality built in

Data residency, consent and claims are design constraints, not a legal review at the end that forces a rebuild.

04

Founder-level attention

You get the person who has shipped this, not a strategist who will hand a deck to a junior team.

Common questions

What people ask before buying this.

Do you take equity instead of fees?

Occasionally, for a company we would use ourselves. It is a conversation, not a standing offer.

We already have a growth lead. Does this still work?

Often better. A good internal lead with an outside diagnostic beats hiring an agency to replace them.

The rest of applications

This works hardest with the pieces around it.

Is this the piece you are missing?

Thirty minutes and rough numbers is enough for an honest read, including when the answer is that you do not need this.
