Numbers you can open, not numbers we typed.
Every search figure below comes from a live Search Console property we share on the call. Revenue and cost per lead come from the CRM and ad accounts behind it.
What results can The 3am Ideas actually prove?
Six months of Search Console for a hair restoration group operating across twelve markets: 37,561 organic clicks and 6.79 million impressions between 21 February and 20 August 2026. Across the same window, $675,000 of patient revenue was attributed to organic search, and cost per lead fell 65% while advertising spend was scaling rather than being cut. The search figures come from a Google Search Console property that is opened live on calls rather than screenshotted. Revenue and cost per lead sit in the CRM and ad accounts behind it, and are shown on the same call. Two caveats belong with the numbers. This is a group the firm runs growth for rather than an arm's-length client, and search is one channel among several. Timeframes are stated rather than rounded, and where two periods are compared both windows are the same length.
What changed, and why it changed.
Three things happened at once. None of them was a new campaign.
Attribution rebuilt
Click identity captured on every enquiry, carried into the CRM, then uploaded back with the treatment value. Bidding moved from cheap leads to booked revenue.
Cost per lead down 65%
Achieved while spend was scaling up rather than being cut, because the platform was finally optimising against money.
Organic compounding alongside paid
Service, cost and comparison pages nearly tripled organic clicks over ninety days, pulling blended acquisition cost down as they matured.
What these numbers do not prove.
Proof is worth less when it arrives without its limits attached.
This is our own operation
Assure Clinic is a group we run growth for, not an arm's-length client. That is why we can open the dashboards, and you should weigh it accordingly.
Search is one channel
The organic figures are verifiable in Search Console. Revenue and cost per lead sit in the CRM and ad accounts, and we show those on a call rather than screenshot them here.
Timeframes are stated, not rounded
Ninety days means ninety days. Where a comparison is made, both windows are the same length.
One hundred and eighty days, split at the halfway mark.
The second ninety days is 2.9 times the first, achieved while paid spend was scaling rather than being cut.
All three layers, running in one clinic group.
